Units with a fridge and microwave. Exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect location in a nice grassy area near the restaurants, Anastasia Island, and certain areas. And a 10-minute walk from St Johns County Ocean Pier.
Dirty bathroom, not very clean room.

The hotel was fabulous and the staff was welcoming, it had incredible location directly across the street from a great nightclub. Plenty of excellent food, I greatly enjoyed it. The service provided there was exceptional. My stay here was comfortable.

My previous visit to st augustine was nice, but this stay was even better. The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of seating and direct beach access, made it super relaxing.

I found the pools enjoyable, perfect for family activities. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. The breakfast lacks healthy options and sugar-free products, disappointing. The overall cleanliness in our room was concerning. Many amenities were broken or missing. We dealt with a malfunctioning coffee machine and mold in the shower, which detracted from our stay. Check-in was frustrating with delays due to a mix-up on our reservation. Staff could have been friendlier and more attentive. We felt ignored at times.
